shortly, and that it should be a paying proposition.

He asks for authority to proceed at once with the project

on the understanding that your Company will take over the

undertaking at a valuation in due course. If your

Company is prepared to take over the wireless service at

once, he asks that a guarantee should be given that the

telephone service to Shanghai should be installed without

delay.
